NHEVART NO LONGER SELLS AND BECOME A VIRTUAL GALLERY

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the NhevArt company, limited liability company with capital of 7700 Euros, recorded at the trade register of VERSAILLES under number 523 003 945 whose registered office is at: 13, rue Saint Honoré 78000 Versailles, represented by Jean-Luc TULLIEZ, Manager (Tel: +33 174 21 September 1988) VAT number: FR 84523003945, hereinafter referred to as "Nhevart" and secondly, by any person or entity wishing to purchase via the website: http://www.nhevart.com hereinafter referred to as the "buyer"

Prices & Payment
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included taking into account the value added tax applicable on the date of order excluding shipping costs. The entire amount charged is payable to the order.
Payment will be made by credit card, it will be made through the secure BNP Paribas, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so that the transmitted information is encrypted by software and no third party can take knowledge during the transport over the network. An invoice will be sent at the same time as sending the certificate of authenticity.
In case of refusal of payment by the Customer's bank, NhevArt reserves the right to cancel the order.

Intellectual Property
All elements of the site Nhevart and photographs are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nhevart and for the world.
Nobody is allowed to reproduce, use, repost, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, the elements of the site they are software, video or audio. Any single link or hyperlink is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Nhevart.
All photographs provided by NhevArt are protected by copyright. The acquisition of an original print does not give the customer any right of use, reproduction, display or distribution of the image itself, in any medium whatsoever, without written consent from the author. Is also prohibited any digital editing of the image.

Your information and data are  necessary for managing your order and our trade relations.They will be sent to companies that contribute to these relationships such as those responsible for enforcement of orders for services and their management, execution, processing and payment. This information and data is also stored for security, to respect the legal and regulatory obligations and thus to enable us to enhance and customize the services we offer and the information we send you.
